Want to take surveys for cash and/or gift cards but want to use sites that actually work? So far I have liked the following surveys sites enough to read the emails (or simply sign in), sign up, take the surveys, and get the points. Any site that offers Paypal cards basically offer cash, because you can send a PayPal credit straight to your bank account.

MySurvey is one of my favorite survey sites. It only send emails to users that will qualify, and even though there may not be as many surveys to take, you can join this site, do a survey when available, and it doesn't take up much time. You can also earn 150 points for referring a person to MySurvey, which can be done through email on the site. I have continued to use this site for over 6 months, and have quite a bit in points to show for it. The emails aren't annoying, but I still get an invitation for a survey 1 or 2 times a week. Highly recommend this site! I will gladly send anyone interested an email invitation, referrals are sent by email and give 150 points.

Epoll is very similar to MySurvey. An email invite is sent out for a survey, again only to those who qualify. I've done many surveys on this site about television shows, and have gotten to watch 30 minute clips of shows that haven't come out yet. The surveys are easy, the website is organized, and I actually enjoy a lot of the surveys as they are more interesting than some. Epoll also requires an email for a referral.

MyView offers a range of points for each survey (usually 400-1200) and 100 points for each survey that you attempt but do not qualify. Spend 10 minutes "not qualifying" and you will have 1000 points. Simple, easy, not too many emails. A referral will earn 1,000 points, and members earn an entry to a sweepstakes just by logging in every day. If I refer ONE more person, I can be an "Affiliate Member" and post a referral link to my blog, earning points for anyone who clicks on the link and completes a survey.
MySurvey, Epoll, and MyView are the only survey sites that I have been able to keep up with (and tolerate) the number of emails sent.
These are my definite top 3. It does take some time to fill out the information, but it's still a significant amount of money to earn while watching television. Planning a large purchase? Earn it on Swagbucks or the above survey sites. It's free money, and you will actually get paid. Who knew there were 3 of these sites that are legit?
More survey sites to come later, maybe, but these three are definitely worth it.
*Swagbucks is not included in this review because even though the site offers points for surveys, the site also offers points for watching videos, signing up for offers, joining email subscriptions, using the search engine, doing tasks, codes found throughout the site, the daily poll, ect., and I have already written a blog about it. Here is my most recent way to make money online:
Inbox Dollars give you cash credit for reading emails, taking surveys, using their search engine, and completing offers. I just started a little over a month ago, only do things while I am bored, and already have almost $16. Every little bit helps.

Swagbucks: Internet boredom cure with benefits; Scam?
I LOVE this site! I like the surveys, easy to play internet games, coupons, and special offers. If I am wasting time on the internet while watching television, I might as well get points for it that will later get me gift cards (and much more!). Free money! I've only been a member since February 8, 2013, and I already have enough points for a $15 Amazon gift card, and have been seriously considering using 500 points for a Starbucks e-Gift card, because due to Swagbucks, I know Starbucks has a promotion right now requiring registration of a gift card- and they give you a $5 credit! So, essentially, I can get a $10 credit for 500 points. Not a bad idea, right? (Note: Swagbucks gives you a code to load onto a gift card, so you have to have one to start, Starbucks minimum denomination: $5. I'll buy the card, and then get my money back, +$5.)
I like being rewarded for the time I waste on the internet. Period.
I use it as my main search for the points, and you can always find what you are looking for, but Google is obviously a better search engine. You don't get points for gift cards to Ebay, Amazon, Starbucks, CVS, Target, ect. for using Google though!
My best advice: use an old email address that you have access to, or sign up with mail.com and create a new one.
Earning points with special offers requires signing up with different things (coupon emails, newsletters with deals, become a member of Company A, B, or C and receive emails with current promotions...) I don't mind going through the emails to find things I am interested in, have access to TONS OF COUPONS, and you can always unsubscribe with the links on the bottom of the email.
Also, you get swagbucks for shopping on almost any website! I bought a memory foam mattress topper for my bed off overstock.com, and ended up with over 700 SB! (Enough for a $5 gift card + on a product I was buying anyway.) If you shop online a lot, you should sign up just for the bonuses of shopping points.

(Update 3-27-13: As you can see in my swidget, I have 7,500 SB, or enough to get a $75 gift card! I'm halfway to purchasing a new tablet already!) The gift card works fine, and I can say with certainty that I have cashed in my SB for a gift card, it works, and you actually get what you earn- NOT A SCAM! Also, I have yet to get any viruses, but I swear by Kaspersky. Knock on wood. If this convinces you, sign up here: ) (Update 7-25-13: Total SB to date- 28,231. Once I downloaded Swagbucks TV and EnteraiNow TV apps on my tablet, I easily earn at least a dollar per day just by letting my tablet play through videos.
